It would be really nice to have a NTCP/TCP tool to compare plans. For example if there is a photon and proton plan, or photon and brachy plan or two photon or two proton plans. Then The user can compare Delta NTCP for all organs delineated and get a total delta NTCP. Also to calculate the risk ratio between the two plans with regards to the risk of secondary cancer. That all the doses are converted to EQD2 and then TCP/NTCP is calculated and displayed to the user, maybe together with some plots.

As a lead physicist, what are some of the ways I can support my enthusiastic scripting clinical physicist? He's so creative, brilliant, and forward thinking and has about a million and one ideas for scripting and automation. I know that providing him with time and resources to execute his ideas will only help benefit our clinic in the future, but I also must balance that with needs of the clinic today.  I would love some tips/ideas on how others balance scripting projects with the demand of the clinic.  I would also love any ideas of resources and support that I can give him to help bring his scripting aspirations to light.  Scripters are amazing people and I’m so thankful to you all for being in Rad Onc!!
